in honor of the HP-GOF DVD release---
I drew this a while back...however after seeing some pics online i found that the stars MOVE. the pictures i used as reference for this drawing were of the costume itself. then i saw some other pics where there was red stars on the collar, then after viewing the movie... she does have stars down the torso... o well... here is ginny's dress.
cause I loved the green flowy-ness of it.
