SEW : a needle pulling thread

So a few weeks ago I documented all my measurements. Like neck, wrist, hip, waist, bust, even pant leg circumferences. And others like how long it is from my waist to hips.
why?
to sew.
to learn to sew.

I made a pattern this weekend, I started slow with something simple = Aline skirt.
I made a proto-type, out of all things, an old halloween costume. A big angel white costume.
I cut my pattern onto my fabric. It should work just the same.

hey.
I'm Penny, I live in Florida and I enjoy art. I've always enjoyed drawing but I enjoy the coloring in process more. Since I've discovered the ease of Copic Markers, things will never be the same. Copics allow me to add color fast and easy to anything. On the flip side I also use Oil paints, and damn if those aren't tedious with keeping up with what colors match and blend. Ironically my favorite paint color is phthalo blue which doesn't play well with others. My favorite copic color is skin white. yep, the very color that my scanner burns out most of the time.


I'm an xray tech.
I'm single.
I love music.
I love reading.
I will forever own Harry Potter for bringing back into the love of reading and teaching me how to draw a nose.
I'm a little odd too,
but hey, we are all artistic, we are allowed to be.
